Kaitlyn Hosticka. President. UF Gator. Formerly: howmanytattoosdoyouhave.tumblr.com. My url makes sense because I'm a Florida Gator, as well as a self-proclaimed instigator. I like to play devil's advocate. I love to take, edit, and experiment with photos, but I am NOT a photographer, I'm a Criminology major at the University of Florida. I love being creative, making videos, and dressing up. I enjoy public speaking and inspiring people. I have too many tattoos to count, however I am extremely girly( i love all things pink, green, mint, skirts, lace, high heels, forever 21). You need to know that I love Michael Jackson, and nothing you argue will change that.
UF transfer students!
Could you share with me your experience? What GPA did you have? Pre-professional? Overall? What college did you apply to? I intend on transferring, but would love to get some insight. Give me advice if you wish. This goes out to admitted students.
I had a 3.71 GPA when I was admitted. I was also HEAVILY involved in campus activities (I was the SGA President, and I was on the Florida state SGA executive board, in addition to many other clubs and community service). I’m also pretty sure my essay helped a lot because people tell me I’m a BA writer. I applied to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a Crim major. My friend just got admitted for next fall to psych I think, and had a 3.05. So maybe this can help you gauge your chances. Remember that this heavily depends on what college/major you are applying to.
